Environmental Studies majors, Christina Jasion, Rebecca Taormina, and Brian Wooldredge, recently presented the results of a research project with Professor Sarah Principato at the national Geological Society of America conference in Charlotte, NC.  Three other ES majors, Alexis Moyer, Liz Rouillard, and Cole Rossiter were also co-authors.  Their presentation entitled, “Physical Weathering at Devil’s Den, Gettysburg National Military Park, PA” quantitatively analyzed the fracture patterns at Devil’s Den and showed the impact of periglacial activity throughout the Pleistocene.
